2. Who can avail of the iText Canada service?

The iText service is available for texting between SMART subscribers in the Philippines and Telus subscribers in Canada.

3. How much do I pay to subscribe to the iText service?

You can avail of any of the iText packages below to send and receive text messages to and from a Telus mobile subscriber:

• Package A : P20 for 20 messages with 1 day validity
• Package B : P55 for 60 messages with 3 days validity
• Package C : P90 for 110 messages with 5 days validity
• Package D : P125 for 170 messages with 7 days validity

4. How do I subscribe to iText?

SMART subscribers in the Philippines can subscribe to iText directly from a mobile phone by sending ITEXT <subscription package> <Telus subscriber’s number> to 4090.

6. How do I renew my subscription?

To renew your subscription, key-in ITEXT <subscription package> <Telus subscriber’s number> and send to 4090. You will receive a message confirming your iText subscription.

If you received an SMS notification that your iText subscription has expired, please reply to the message with ITEXT <subscription package> <Telus subscriber’s number>.

7. How many iText subscriptions can I have at one time?

You may have as many as 10 active subscriptions at any given time. This would mean that you have registered 10 buddies to the iText service.

8. Do I need a separate subscription for another buddy?

Yes. Each subscription is assigned to a designated Telus buddy in Canada. Should you wish to text a Telus buddy and avail of the service, you would need to sign up for another account.
